PRODUCTION
We handcraft all of our items in our Melbourne studio. Please allow up to 4-5 weeks until your order is shipped.
There is no exchange/refund on engagement and wedding styles for change of mind. Resizes are available within 60 days of delivery.

Production
Each piece is lovingly handcrafted in our Melbourne studio, made especially for you.
Please allow the following timeframes for production before your order is carefully prepared and shipped.
- Everyday jewellery styles 2-3 weeks
- Engagement & wedding styles 6-8 weeks
- Tennis bracelets & necklaces 4-6 weeks

Shipping & Returns
Free express shipping on all Australian orders over $300.
All orders are shipped express with tracking and require a signature on delivery. For orders under $300, a flat rate of $15 is charged for shipping within Australia.
For international orders under AUD300, a flat rate of $40 is charged. Orders outside of Australia can take from 5-10 business days pending customs.
All high value order over $1000 are sent with complimentary DHL express shipping with insurance.
All international purchases are exempt from Australian taxes. Prices do not include overseas customs duties or taxes that may incur.
As each order is meticulously crafted specially for each order, change of mind exchanges and credit notes are only available for everyday styles with a value under AUD950
