Due to current tariff requirements, all orders shipped to the United States are sent exclusively via DHL Express.

Standard International Shipping and complimentary shipping over $300 AUD are not currently available for United States orders.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, tariffs, import taxes or other charges that may apply within their destination country.
These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the recipient.
All international shipments include tracking and will require a signature upon delivery.
If delivery is attempted while you are unavailable, your parcel may be taken to your local post office or you may need to contact the courier service to arrange a redelivery.
Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Returns & Exchanges
We offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Due to the handcrafted nature of our pieces, refunds are not available for change of mind.
Items must be unworn and in their original condition, in order to be eligible for exchange.
Please ensure your item is returned with all original packaging, including the ring, necklace or earring box, where applicable.
Before returning your piece, please contact our team at info@hlsk.com.au to receive the appropriate returns form and return address details.
Items returned without prior approval may be returned to sender.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
We recommend using a registered or express service with tracking.
HLSK is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged during return transit.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.
