Resizing

We offer a complimentary resize for all new ring purchases within 30 days of delivery.

Resizing after 30 days of delivery or any additional resizes are available for a standard fee + shipping.

Resizing services are not available for items purchased at any stockist locations including David Jones.

We do not provide return shipping labels or reimbursement for shipping costs. All items sent back to us are at the expense of the sender.

 

Repairs

HLSK offers a variety of services including cleaning, maintenance and repairs.

For items damaged through mishaps, general wear & tear, misuse, or wearing items whilst showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping, repairs are available for a fee.

Each HLSK item is covered by a 12 month manufacturing warranty, which excludes damage from mishaps, general wear & tear, misuse, or wearing items whilst showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping.

All items sent back to us are at the expense of the sender.
