We recommend periodic professional cleaning and inspections to assess stone settings, claws, clasps, and general wear. Routine servicing can help prevent future repairs while ensuring your jewellery remains secure and beautiful for years to come.

Resizing Services
We offer a complimentary resize for all new ring purchases within 30 days of delivery.
If your ring requires more than one resize, or you’d like to have it resized outside of the complimentary 30-day period, we’re still very happy to help. Our standard resizing fees will apply.
As every ring is a little different, our jewellers will first confirm whether your piece can be safely resized and advise of any applicable costs before proceeding.

Repair services
Fine jewellery may occasionally need a little extra care. We offer repair, cleaning and maintenance services to help keep your HLSK pieces looking their best.
Our pieces are covered by a 12-month manufacturing warranty for eligible manufacturing faults. Accidental damage, general wear and tear, improper care and damage caused by external factors aren’t covered, however our jewellers may still be able to repair your piece for a fee.
If you notice any damage, a loose stone or something that doesn’t seem quite right, we recommend removing your jewellery and keeping it somewhere safe until it can be assessed.
Returning Your
Jewellery To Us
Once you’ve been in touch, our lovely team will provide everything you need to safely return your jewellery to us.
Return postage is at the sender’s expense, and we recommend choosing a tracked and secure postage service for a little extra peace of mind.
Once your piece arrives safely at our studio, our team will take it from there.
