We are seeking experienced and enthusiastic retail sales assistant to join our flagship boutique team in Armadale. 


The successful applicant will have a strong understanding of high end/specialised retail, will have a passion for jewellery and providing an exceptional in-store experience for our clients.

STORE  MANAGER - Full time  |  Armadale


We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced store Manager to join the team at our Armadale flagship store.


We are looking for someone who loves working closely with clients and providing an authentic and beautiful experience, and can lead and develop a successful team.


 This role requires availability on weekends, with a rotating roster.


About the Role 

As a fine jewellery Store Manager, you will be required to:

  • Consult one on one with clients.
  • Manage daily operations of the store.
  • Assist clients with designing bespoke jewellery items.
  • Lead a team to achieve KPIs.
  • Provide an exceptional customer service experience.
  • Must be available to work weekends on a rotating roster.
  • Manage the overall customer experience from the initial        consultation to the post-purchase client follow up.
  • Be a point of contact between our retail & studio space.
  • Build strong repeat business.
  • Will further develop personal skills and maintain solid client relationships & coaching your team to do the same.
  • Achieve individual KPIs and budgets.
  • Staff rostering.
