Shipping time frame
Once your order has been placed please allow up to 5-10 business days before your item/s is shipped as each product is specially handcrafted by us.
For engagement pieces, please allow up to 10-14 business days.
You will be notified once your order has been shipped via email and will be provided with a tracking number.
Items shipped within Australia are sent via Australia Post Express with signature required upon delivery.
Free shipping for orders over $200 or a flat rate of $7 for orders under $200.

2-4 Business Day Transit

Please note; All orders require a signature upon delivery. In the event that an attempted delivery is made, you will be required to collect your item at your local post office. We do not take any responsibility for the damage or loss of these items and we will provide you with details and proof of posting.

Returns & Resizes
We offer exchanges of styles on all of our items or store credits within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original condition to be eligible for an exchange.
We do not provide refunds for change of mind.
Items purchased online can be exchanged or re-sized in store, and items purchased in store can be re-sized or exchanged via our online store.

We offer a complimentary re-size for all new purchase items within 30 days of delivery. Any additional re-sizes within 60 days of delivery will incur a fee plus postage. Re-sizes outside of this time frame (60 days) are not available.
Due to the handmade nature of each item, returns are not accepted simply for change of mind.

Ensure you parcel is properly packaged, including the jewellery box. Goods received that do not comply will be returned to sender.
We recommend sending return parcels via registered post/express post with tracking. HLSK is not liable for lost or stolen parcels.
We do not provide return shipping labels or reimbursement for shipping costs. All items sent back to us are at the expense of the sender.
All jewellery is quality checked by before dispatch. However, from time to time, there may be a rare fault. If you wish to return a faulty product for an assessment, you must;
-Email us at email@example.com to book in the return.
-If your exchange has been accepted you must ensure the item is shipped via registered post with full tracking.
-Ensure item/s are in their original packaging.
Please note that "wear and tear" is not considered a fault & is not covered in the 12 month warranty.
