Once your order has been placed please allow up to 5-10 working days before your item/s is shipped as each product is specially handcrafted by us.
You will be notified once your order has been shipped via email and will be provided with a tracking number.
Postage within Australia will be sent via Australia Post Express Post with signature on delivery. Free for orders over $200 or a flat rate of $7.

Australian International Registered and pack/track Post. Tracking available worldwide. Free over $200 or a flat rate of $10.
7-10 Business Day Transit
International Courier Express. Tracking available. Flat rate $35.
3-4 Business Day Transit
Please note; All orders require a signature upon delivery. In the event that an attempted delivery is made, you will be required to collect your item at your local post office. We do not take any responsibility for the damage or loss of these items and we will provide you with details and proof of posting.

Returns & Resizes
We offer exchange of styles on all of our items as well as store credits. (Exchange period is within 14 days of receiving the item)
All re-sizes are free of charge on new purchase items (within 30 days of delivery).
Any additional re-sizes within 60 days of delivery will incur a fee of $30 AUD plus postage. Re-sizes outside of this timeframe (60 days) will not be accepted.
Due to the handmade nature of each item, returns are not accepted simply for change of mind.

Ensure you parcel is properly packaged, including the jewellery box.
Goods received that do not comply will be returned to sender.
We recommend sending return parcels via registered post/express post with tracking.
HLSK is not liable for lost or stolen parcels.
All jewellery is quality checked by before dispatch. However, from time to time, there may be a rare fault
If you wish to return a faulty product, you must;
-Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to book in the return.
-If your exchange has been accepted you must ensure the shipping method has full tracking.
-Ensure item/s are in their original packaging.
Please note that "wear and tear" is not considered a fault & is not covered in the 12 month warranty.

We highly recommend you visit your nearest jeweller and have your size taken. This is a free of charge service and very accurate. We use standard sizing on our website.
