Although our pieces are handcrafted with the highest quality materials and care, we sometimes cannot avoid human errors. See our manufacturing warranty policy below.

- 1 year warranty on all 9ct yellow gold and sterling silver styles.

- 3 year warranty on all 14ct and 18ct styles.

- Lifetime warranty can be purchased for an additional $250 AUD per annum. T&C's apply

We offer a complimentary resize for all new ring purchases within 30 days of delivery.

Resizing after 30 days of delivery or any additional resizes are available for a standard fee + shipping.

We offer exchanges or store credit notes within 14 days of delivery.

Due to the handcrafted nature of each item, refunds are not available for change of mind. 

All 14ct & 18ct styles are not eligible for exchanges.
