PRODUCTION
We handcraft all of our items in our Melbourne studio. Please allow up to 2 weeks until your order is shipped.
These gemstones are natural therefore there may be slight variations in colour.
Shipping
Once your item has been handcrafted it is then shipped using either Express Australia Post, DHL or Standard International. For shipment timeframes click here.
Australian orders over $200 qualify for free Australia Post Express shipping.
International orders orders over $200 qualify for free Standard International shipping.
Warranty
Although our pieces are handcrafted with the highest quality materials and care, we sometimes cannot avoid human errors. See our manufacturing warranty policy below.
- 1 year warranty on all 9ct yellow gold and sterling silver styles.
- 3 year warranty on all 14ct and 18ct styles.
- Lifetime warranty can be purchased for an additional $250 AUD per annum. T&C's apply

Returns & Resizing
We offer a complimentary resize for all new ring purchases within 30 days of delivery.
Resizing after 30 days of delivery or any additional resizes are available for a standard fee + shipping.
We offer exchanges or store credit notes within 14 days of delivery.
Due to the handcrafted nature of each item, refunds are not available for change of mind.
All 14ct & 18ct styles are not eligible for exchanges.
